ITTANZ West Auckland Table Tennis Club Network “Table Tennis in the Community Project” – Kaurilands Primary School (Titirangi).

The West Auckland Table Tennis Club Network has launched the Network’s “Table Tennis in the Community” Project.

This project has been set up to provide access to the sport of Table Tennis across multiple community sites across West Auckland.

Site # 4: Kaurilands Primary School (Titirangi):

The West Auckland Table Tennis Club Network has donated 1 Community Table Tennis Table to the Kaurilands Primary School (Titirangi).

Kaurilands Primary School has nearly 800 students and is delighted to be able to introduce the sport of Table Tennis to their school community’s PE curriculum.

Kaurilands School reports that the rate of sign-up for the Table Tennis Programme has been so high that the School has requested a second table tennis table for the kids to play on, which we are happy to provide 🙂

The West Auckland Table Tennis Club Network has launched the Network’s “Table Tennis in the Community” Project.

This project has been set up to provide access to the sport of Table Tennis across multiple community sites across West Auckland.

Site # 3: Totara Springs Christian Centre (Matamata):

The West Auckland Table Tennis Club Network has donated 3 Community Table Tennis Tables to the Totara Springs Christian Centre (Matamata).

The Totara Springs Christian Centre hosts Sports Camps for over 5,000 youth annually, and table tennis is one of the key sports for these camps.

ITTANZ has also introduced the Totara Springs Christian Centre Sports Camp Co-ordinator to the Matamata Table Tennis Club to explore how to promote the sport of Table Tennis within the local community.

Site # 2: Ranui Community Centre:

The West Auckland Table Tennis Club Network has donated 1 Community Table Tennis Table to the Ranui Community Centre.

Ranui Community Centre Irene Newby is delighted by this resource addition to their facility, and envisages much interest in table tennis being played at the Centre 🙂
